Within one week of the start of Take Action! Kickoff event
Registration
Provide support to Team Captains
Remind participants to record points

Five weeks after start of program Formal check-in with Team Captains
Collect midpoint evaluation data
Two months before end of program Begin planning closing celebration
Two weeks before end of program Begin promoting closing
10 weeks after start of program Closing celebration
